On 15th
and 16th of July 2017, a
First Aid and Home Nursing Competition was held in Headquarter of St John Ambulance Sarawak.
It is an annual event that brings together teams
from secondary schools across Kuching, to compete against each other in a range of first
aid scenarios for the chance to be crowned champions.
Our school has sent one team each in cadet
Ambulance, cadet and adult Home Nursing catergory.
All teams have worked together to handle each
injury scenario, they are judged for their communication skills, ability to
work calmly under pressure and giving the correct treatment.
